2023 Four-Star LB Jayvant Brown plans to take an official visit to LSU, although at the time he was unsure of an exact date. Brown spent some time in Baton Rouge recently in April, saying it "felt like family" and that "it could be one of the top places I end up at". He's also well aware of the rich history of defensive players who came thru LSU, mentioning that just from the alumni you can see it's a defensive school.
On his upcoming visit, Brown hopes to talk defensive scheme with coaches and to see where he fits within their system, and how he will be used. LSU is definitely impressing.
