Southern Conference Track and Field Championships

My son placed 7th in the javelin at the SoCon championships this past weekend in Birmingham. He is a freshman at The Citadel. His PR this season is the second best ever by a Citadel freshman. I'm a proud dad.

On the military side, he earned the rank of Cadet Corporal for his sophomore year and will serve as Company Armorer as he pursues a Marine contract.
