Here's a couple of notable West Coast kids I've confirmed will be visiting LSU today.
The initial list I had was much, much longer with kids from California, Vegas, NY, Philly, Texas, etc. Many of them were guys attending the SPE Camp at Westlake High School yesterday but many had flights to catch or were unable to make the camp because of blizzard in NY area, etc. I'll circle back around at the end of today/tomorrow and double check on who else made the visit.
Four-star Alabama DL Hunter Osborne wrapped up his unofficial weekend at LSU this morning and as you can see from his photo the visit went well. Osborne texted me after his visit this morning and called it "amazing," and said he truly can't wait to visit again, hopefully for a game.
Source tells me that corner coach Robert Steeples had to leave Baton Rouge this weekend to return home for a short period of time due to a death in his family. I was also told that LSU likes their chances with 2022 CB Jaelyn Davis-Robinson, who visited this weekend and was just offered early last week.
Enjoy the NFL Championship games today with lots of LSU and Louisiana players. Both the AFC and NFC are guaranteed to have former LHSAA and former LSU stars advance to the Super Bowl.
