RECRUITING Texas connections

LSU has always mined the state of Texas for talent . Recently LSU has found the Lone Star state to be particularly bountiful.

At this time there's no,assistant on staff with really strong Texas connections . Coaches who either played , coached or born in Texas and in tight with that close knit group of Texas highschool coaches .

I'd like to see Coach O make a hire or two that woukd keep the Texas pipeline going .

Any thoughts along these lines from fellow posters . ?
