i always appreciate the Les is a man of character. At the press conference last night, he took the blame just as a high caliber man should. However, I feel like it stops there.

Far too often my 7-year old will get in trouble for something, apologize, and then do the very same thing the following day. That is what this feels like to me. A lot of words with no action (at least not yet). An attempt to appease the interested parties and then just go about the business.

I think the collective position is something has got to change. Most would debate you start at the top and it certainly seems like it may be the case.

Loyalty is a great attribute but it has been the one thing that has kept Les on the outside looking in to the greats. My father told me years ago, while everything is personal, business decisions still have to made when they involve friends. Peveto and Cam are simply not getting it done (to be fair, our special teams players - not kickers and returners - don't seem to have the fire. We are always chasing).

Lastly, the fix it comments also feel empty. Likely because I have heard it several times. I hate seeing Les' career becoming defined by these last few years.

A bit redundant but I needed to post it for a little closure.
