Detroit Mercy’s season is over. No CBI invite.
I’m sure Antoine Davis is a great kid, but that would have been a travesty for a 14-19 team to get invited to the postseason just to give him a chance to beat Pete’s record.
And Davis played in 61 more games than Pete and had the benefit of a shot clock and a 3 point line.
I know I’m preaching to the choir, but this whole issue got me worked up.
