Let's get this out of the way- I don't like, and have never liked Sanders. So I admit I'm biased and the guy could find the solution to world peace and I'd say he had selfish motivation. Incredible athlete for sure, but i dont have to like the person. There, I said it.

I've heard my AA coworkers rant about how Sanders was all about promoting HBCU's and giving half his salary back to the JSU program, he will stay in Jackson to keep building, and so on. I think he took the "safe" job to promote himself (and his son) as he tries to work himself into a big time P5 job. I mean, what are the expectations at Colorado? Taking a quantum leap to a job like Auburn was too risky for his personal agenda.

I've seen the videos of his 1st talk with his new team and read the comments of folks that back his approach 100%. Personally, I didn't like it and think it was over the top. But I expected nothing less from Sanders. Yes, they obviously need a culture change but that seemed all about him. Walking in and saying we got a qb when he's talking about his son? Come on, man.

I hope he fails miserably. And I hate that because I wanted Colorado to make waves in the PAC12 but I can't pull for them with that clown there.

Fire away. I'm mature enough to handle differing opinions.
