Brandon Saho is a Cincinnati sports reporter. He used to work in Baton Rouge too.

Anyway, from what I’m hearing the interview process went well and Freeman and his wife flew back to Cincy this afternoon. Sounds like he will take a few days to discuss the offer and talk it over with his family and Cincinnati head coach, Luke Fickell, who Freeman is very close with.
Freeman now has to decide if his path to becoming a head coach is quicker by staying at Cincinnati or moving to a bigger program like LSU or Notre Dame, potentially Texas.
