-- Jayden Daniels is over 210 pounds and really focused this offseason on bulking up. He's thicker and stronger at this point than last fall, BK said.

-- It's too early for Maason Smith to play in the spring game but he can do all of the drill work, BK said. He'll partake in his first contact drills when LSU's begins preseason camp.

-- BK is happy with how the team learned how to prepare and practice the right way and stayed healthy in spring

-- The focus throughout spring has been on the little details, per BK. He's expecting the offense to look like one of the best in the country while the defense should be impacted by the new transfers.

-- Bk specifically mentions Jaxon Howard, Jacobian Guillory, Fitzgerald West, Tygee Hill, Paris Shand and Quency Wiggins as players who made the most of their extended reps this spring with Smith and Wingo out.

-- DB, OL and RB are three areas BK mentioned about competitive battles will happen

-- BK said WR Kyren Lacy was up and down last season but has been much more consistent in spring and expects that to continue into fall this season
