In the off week I posted and said my concerns were us handling the front 7 and depth Bama had in the trenches and at LB. I thought Bama would run better against our defense then we would run against their defense.....Why? See below. A poster rebutted my comments and said this is the year for LSU where we were "more talented at almost every position". I said no way. But see below.
1. Bama has better players from top to bottom. Their special teams blew us up because they are deeper in talent from player 1 to player 85. They have out recruited us the last Four years and it's showing.
2. Bama is crazy big and physical on the DL especially but also very good on the OL. We do not have near the DL and LB's Bama has. Not close. Chief let us bare. Our number 11 would not make the Bama team. This is why you see them knocking our ass off. They are bigger. Faster. And stronger than us at this time.
3. Bama has a better offensive system than LSU.
4. Miles wants to play smash mouth ball and he does not have the horses to do that successfully against a Nick Saban coached team. As seen the last 5 outings. Les's style plays right into Bama's hands.
