I may be in the minority here, but if we can recruit, develop, and get depth on both sides of the line, things will get a lot better for us to challenge for the SEC west and become national contenders again. Alabama and old Miss have been doing very well recruiting at that position. It's no accident that when we couldn't open any holes for Fournette or keep the pass rushers off Harris, that our season went south. Looking at our Louisiana product on Bama's offensive line sure made me wonder What If? Auburn had one of our best linemen also not long ago. You have to win the trench war to have a chance. Period.
We're not as broken as it seems.
