1. Quit playing games with the staff and hire and fire who you want ASAP. This will result in much departures but it must be done.
2. Put in a Process with the right people to run and operate the process. The process needs to be all inclusive from the tip of the bow to the stern. Bama would be a good model to follow.
3. Get LSU admin folks to evaluate facilities and upgrade where needed. Build the Nutrition Center.
4. Work your tail off.
