The SEC once was known for Defense. With the exception of Alabama and LSU and possibly Auburn the conference is pretty fair to poor. Georgia is improving but the rest of the SEC is struggling. I think most of us agree Defense wins and the high potent offensive head coaches in the SEC have not faired well. It has been a defensive head coach successful conference.
