It started when my wife and I were watching a show we like on Netflix, Peaky Blinders, and she accused me of constantly peeking at my ipad. "You looking at little boys online again" she said, knowing I was checking out LSU recruiting.

"They are 18 year olds, and they are hardly little" I answered.

"You are not making it sound any better, you know" she says back. "Looking at 18 yr old boys is creepy".

Well when you put it that way, I guess it does sound odd, I wouldn't chose the word "creepy".

"I am kind of excited" I told her, "Because the Gay kid I like a lot has two crystal balls". I knew as soon as the words left my mouth that didn't come out right.

"You need to take the hard drive out of that ipad and melt it" she said, "They can get your ipad and see the sites you have been visiting. On top of that, you need help".

"The Taylor kid has six crystal balls to LSU", I said before figuring out the whole crystal ball thing needs to be explained to her. "Its a college recruiting site", I tried to explain. "You like LSU, I am just following the kids we are recruiting to play. You like it when we win, right?"

"Yes I like to win" she says, "But I don't see how you constantly looking at pictures and movies of these boys helps. And why would we want a boy with a big crystal meth problem anyway"?

"I don't watch movies of boys, I watch game film of them". I could tell by her expression the distinction between movies and film was lost on her. "And they are not on meth, they have these recruiting guys who predict where kids are going to go and they give out crystal balls for their predictions".

"Oh now I understand" she says, "you go on websites where grown men wear swami hats and give eighteen year old boys crystal balls".

"Yup, that's pretty much it" I answered. She said it in such a sarcastic way I felt she was making fun of me.

"Oh look, I said, Marvin Wilson tweeted a picture and he is wearing purple shoes. Yesss".

From the look I got I know I should have kept that to myself. Am I the only one getting grief for following recruiting?
