This is a terrible hire....I didnt like the chavis hire, still sitting on the fence with the Cam hire and jsut dont like this hire
Miles seems to like Old guys...No offense to the old guys on the board. Have lots of respect for you guys but I expect the OC and DC to be young guys who are open to new ideas and the position coaches to be long on experience and very good teachers

He needed to get younger on his staff big time.....
