COMMITMENT 2022 TE Jake Johnson commits to LSU

Standout TE Jake Johnson, the younger brother of QB Max Johnson, becomes LSU's 12th commitment for 2022.

I don't think anyone is surprised by this pickup. There was discussions last year that he might commit to LSU, which is when I put my FutureCast in July 2020. He's a big pickup for the Tigers considering TE is a need in the class and Johnson is one of the best.
