a new knock your socks off OC? BTW does this OC come with arm and leg chains fitted to coach Miles size? If not this all becomes semantics ,page 4 or 5 of Act I . We have seen this before in the opening scenes of this play ,unless new parameters are mandated for our HC.
This raises another issue which is how do you give a coordinator free rein over the thoughts of the HC ?
