According to Jacques Doucet, John Emery and his attorney, Don Maurice Jackson, could have a decision coming later this week.
"All documentation has been submitted. It is my understanding that Mr. Emery's case is docketed for a review tomorrow (Thursday). We hope to have a decision either tomorrow or Friday," Doucet tweeted Wednesday morning.
Emery has still been practicing with the team and if the NCAA clears him, Ed Orgeron will play him.
"As soon as they tell us he's cleared, he's gonna play," Orgeron said.
