Four-star tight end Trey'Dez Green is ready to shut down his recruitment. He confirms to me that he plans on announcing his decision this week on April 26. His final choices: LSU, Alabama, Texas A&M, Tennessee and Miami.
My FutureCast has been in on LSU since last year. I truly thought he would commit last summer and then again after Rickie Collins committed because of their close friendship.
If Green picks LSU like I think he will then he becomes the second tight end commitment in the 2024 class for the Tigers, who already have a pledge from Tayvion Galloway.
Also, keep an eye on Caleb Odom too. The Georgia TE visited this weekend too, along with his high school 2026 QB teammate Julian Lewis, who is definitely Joe Sloan's No. 1 QB target in 2026 right now. Odom picked up a basketball offer while on his visit.
