Burrow and co. were 100% convinced that our O could not be stopped. There was an answer for any D formation they faced.

Lets state the obvious: 1. It takes the personnel, and 2. They have to put in the work.

But with that stated, how hard is it to use that as the standard? Copy that philosophy and Offense, Replace the personnel, and put in the work.

Coach E was hampered with young QB's, new OL, and young receivers but at least he has the blueprint in his brain to know what worked in 2019.

My concern with a new OC is that our O looks completely different and we end up with a new scheme when we have the winning blue front form 2019.
