and this is where I think people misconstrue how a coach is doing.You can now take away 3 or 4 of those wins
because they are many more rent a win games today than in the past.If you are lucky you might play 1 decent ooc school (not sure western Ky fit that mold,the other 3 did not including syracuse.So basically Lsu went 5-3
this season in games that count,and that is the best we have done in a while.In the old days,you played more notre dames,fsu's,usc's in a regular season,and in many years you played at least 2 of those teams.But at the moment Lsu is just a barely above average team that somhow manages to waste lots of talent
