Aaron Moffitt is listed as 6'4" 240 . With the new 3 man DL it would seem that he has a lot of weight to put on in order to excel at DE, his projected position.
The classic 3-4 DE checks in at 290 + even at the college level. . LSU has changed its recruiting strategy regarding DEs and is now going after those jumbo DEs .
It's reasonable to imagine that he's been on a great S&C program for years and therefore may not have lots of potential to add on weight.
If not DE does he have the football instincts to move to ILB where his size may actually be a benefit . ?
Or like many smaller DEs can he switch to OLB ?
