We look across the country and there are several individuals at other schools and the sec office who came up in the LSU athletics office. True to Louisiana form, we let all our brightest talent get scooped up and poached. Why? Because of poor leadership that has a grass is greener mentality instead of recognizing our up and coming administrative talent. So now we are stuck with a retread who lost his last job over a complete debacle that he presided over. Here comes LSU to swoop in and take him when Nobody else would touch him. Oh he's from Duke, he must be better than what we have within. No we are paying the price because these other talented administrators are making big moves for other programs while our guy from greener pastures is the ringleader at what is becoming a circus. We pass over the talented guys in our administration and then when we do promote from within its the most asinine choice.
