Talent base
Does Alabama, Michigan , Ohio State have better talent base ?
Except for Texas none have more financial resources
None are in a better conference
Only 2-3 have better tradition
So which job is better ?
IMO Texas , Georgia, Florida , USC ..I name these only because of their superior talent base
