While I like the sound bites and Coach O telling it like it is many people and especially if you work for him and play for him he really throws them under the bus. He gets so emotional and I personally believe it is a problem for him and the reason we have the coordinators that we have now because his reputation as a Head Coach he has trouble recruiting top coordinators. I don’t believe anyone here thinks the 2 coordinators we have now are what we saw him promise when he got the head job.
