got crazy on my cheat day...
1/4 cheeseburgers (organic grass fed beef) seasoned with a few shakes of montreal steak seasoning and worcestershire sauce. boars head white american, wright's thick cut applewood smoked bacon, fried egg, roma tomatoes, claussen kosher dills, red and green butter lettuce, ketchup/mustard/mayo make up the toppings. obviously it's on a homemade brioche sesame seed bun (first i ever attempted). last but not least, those are homemade tots on the side...one of the better batches i've made too.
