s There seems to be a great deal,of interest on Goodens part in comming to LSU as evidenced by his frequent appearances in Baton Rouge with his family members., LSU seems to be his clear cut leader for now He projects as a DE which is a position of need . While LSU is in on a whole bevy of top notch DTs we don't have so many top DEs as targets.
I know there were rumors of grade issues with Gooden . Don't know high reliable that was.
My question : is he a top priority ? Does he sit atop the LSU DE board? Are there othe DEs that rate ahead of him that we have a legitimate shot at. . Is LSU slow playing Gooden? With Logan a possible DE , is another DE a must. Was expecting Gooden to pull the trigger and commit . Wonder why not ?
