What is up with Franklin? #5 RB in the class, crystal ball projections all say 100% LSU but he doesn't have an offer.

And no Louisiana RBs are offered either(??)

All kinds of RB Offers out elsewhere to even lesser type RBs. This just doesn't make any sense unless grades are an issue
