When I was in Baton Rouge for the LSU baseball and softball this weekend, we watched the SNL tribute to Prince after the baseball game. I had not seen his virtuoso performance of his song "Fury." Since viewing it, I have literally been unable to get that out of my head. Possibly the single greatest distortion work I've ever seen from an artist on the Fender Strat. Jimi included. I have been looking around trying to find his album "3121" where that song is recorded. It appears the album was not released in the United States, but elsewhere around the world. I want to get that record, now. Until then, I guess I will just have to play the SNL performance over and over on my I-pad.
