Overall obviously a road win in the SEC is great. But here is my takes from being in Nashville:
1) Nashville was a blast. Had a great time, met some LSU peeps we had never met and hung out. Was awesome on Music Row. HOT women! I’ll be back for a Vandy baseball game. What a great town.
2) The game day at Vandy SUCKS balls. Maybe it’s an early game but ZERO support for that program. You couldn’t even egg on opposing fans...there were none. The stadium is nice, no bad seats. I know at least one beer kiosk floated the kegs.
3) I know we scored 60+ but we looked great at times on offense and bad at times(lost intensity/focus). I kinda think we were trying some new looks.
4) Defense looks pretty bad. NO ONE thought this during camp.
4a) If K Vincent is the best we have, we are screwed. He is shit(pardon my French).
4b) we allowed too many big runs.
5) In Memphis tonight on Beale St, cool place. It’s Bourbon St and Music Row lite with uglier chicks!
Questions for this who watched on TV:
1) how did Rosenthal look?
2) how did the young guys individually on the DL look?
3) thoughts on the defensive breakdowns besides not wrapping up.
