analogies that most of the times I don't agree with or doesn't seem germane to the topic. However, is Charlie Strong at Texas the equivalent of Curly Hallman at LSU? Hallman saved his job with an unlikely win at Alabama when LSU was a 28 point underdog,it gave Hallman one more year and now Strong had unlikely win against Texas. Imo , Strong has had a flash of brilliance; however, I still think Texas is in real trouble. Imo the Texas higher ups are to blame, unless Texas hires a celebrity coach I think Texas will continue to flounder.
