College programs are catching onto 2023 WR/DB Kelton Henderson. Henderson played his junior season at Island Coast but will get after it in 2022 with Lehigh. The 6-0, 180-pound, athlete has worked up to 17 offers with Penn State and Temple jumping into the mix after he showcased his skills at the Under Armour Next camp in Miami over the weekend.
Henderson has a couple of visits set, “On March 5 I am going to Bama and on March 8 I know I am going to LSU,” Henderson said. “Those are the only two I know of right now.”
Henderson shared one of the reasons why he wants to visit the Tigers.
“Ja’Marr Chase and Odell Beckham went there, they have some big shots that went to that school,” Henderson said.
Henderson’s other potential stops will keep him in-state.
“UF (Florida), Florida State, and probably Miami again,” Henderson stated.
The Hurricanes got Henderson on campus at the end of January sharing, “It was good. It was a good experience.”
