This was brought up on Moscona's show today when they were replaying CEO's interview from AFR about what to do with that final 2019 scholarship. Apparently it could be used to back-count an early graduate from the 2020 class. Now, a number of states are cancelling or may cancel their 2020 football season, leaving those seniors without a final year which may leave a number of elite prospects from the 2020 class looking for a team to join THIS year - among them is Korey Foreman who has apparently already tweeted that he will not be playing his final season.
