this is the worst natural disaster in the US since Katrina (possibly Sandy on the East Coast)...yet, the destruction in one of the top energy producing states in the country and the possible economic impact to the rest of the US was NOT important enough for Obama to leave his vacation to at least 'fly over" the devastation!!
