He and O were on Saints staff together.
Has Previous OC experience. Fired from Lions, but supposedly couldn't get on same page with Stanford, cause he was so butt hurt the Lions didn't match former OC offer to go to Dallas. Stanford wanted to throw it 50 times a game.
