Blocked/Stopped the hiring of Jimbo Fisher in order to save his ole good buddy Les' job, who btw campaigned for him in 2011 and also during his recent failed presidential bid.
Last week several laughed when I suggested a large envelope was left under a log in the Atchafalaya basin for a certain someone who was the only person with the power to shut the process down at the 11th hour.
I bet they aren't laughing so much now.

Gov. Bobby Jindal, a friend to Miles, made calls to high-ranking officials before Saturday’s game. He expressed his concern at how the situation had been handled and encouraged officials not to part ways with the coach, a source said".
“LSU made the right decision in retaining Coach Miles,” Jindal said in a statement to The Advocate earlier this week. “As the (second) winningest coach in LSU history, he earned it.”
Multiple sources spoke to The Advocate this week for this story, all of them wishing to remain anonymous as they were not authorized to speak about the matter.
School officials have declined to speak with The Advocate.
Obviously, Alleva was about to reel Fisher in and set the market, obviously F'King is Lying about the process changing on Wednesday, why else would the Governor feel the need to call at kickoff and speak with High Ranking officials in order to save Miles' job, and therefore a 3rd qtr meeting in the stadium resulted in the retention of Miles?
Jindal probably told/reminded F'King of something along the lines of John Lombardi and the way he was fired a few years back from the board while interacting with BJ.
so now nobody wants to speak or reveal their identities, no that doesn't wreak, pfffft!
This was obviously Louisiana good Ole boy politics at its finest, and we the fans and supporters got the wool pulled over our eyes.
What could have been had BJ stayed out of the LSU coaching process and we got Fisher and staff, hmmmmm.
