Just had a nice conversation with Keith Fulton, Kristian's dad, and he is in good spirits, despite the trying times. He said he woke up at 11:00 last night and hasn't been to sleep yet, which gives you an idea as to the level of anxiety the family is dealing with at the moment.
He is currently on his way to Baton Rouge to be with his son.
The latest: Mr. Fulton says that the family, along with attorney Don Jackson, are extremely confident going into the hearing. Mr. Fulton believes a decision could come this evening, while the attorney believes it could come on Friday. The best news as far as I am concerned is that Kristian is in really good spirits, according to his father, and is neither "too high or too low" going into the hearing.
