LSU FOOTBALL Key players 2020

With two scrimmages behind us and two more weeks before the Tigers kick off I’m naming key players in position groups
A ’ key player” for me is one who may not have contributed a great deal in the past but is now critical to 2020 success .

OL Dare Rosenthal . Most upside of any OL playing the most important OL position .Brennan will need solid
LT play if he’s going to get comfortable

WR Racey McMath . He’s got to step up take pressure off of Marshall or Terrance will draw double teams
all game

RB. John Emery . We need a 3 down back to become the man . The former 5* recruit has the best chance to
emulate CEH‘s role in the offense

QB Myles Brennan ....obviously

DL Andre Anthony . We are solid at DT but lots of uncertainties at DE after Farrell opted out .He must provide
the pass rush that the 4-3 requires

LB Micah Baskerville . Cox and Clark are certainties . Can Micah transition to a starting ? If he’s ready this
LB a corps will be just fine

DB Evans . the other 4 DBs are all known quantities .. The Nicholls transfer may be just the answer since we spend more time playing a fifth DB
