I was exceptionally impressed with Latz's one inning relief in the 3rd game against FL. He struck out all 3 Florida batters and had them talking to themselves as they walked away. He had a heck of a fast ball and total control of a wicked curve. I can see why he was considered such a big recruit. If he ever gets healthy he will be big time. This year he might be big time in some spot critical spot relief inning if he pitches like he did today.
