While in my opinion LSU would have lost if Les was the coach or the current staff they would not have lost by 30. Here is why.
LSU being so thin on the DL with so many young players the Matt Canada fast pace offense worked against the LSU weakness of the thin thin DL. Under Miles the game is slower and the opponents are offered less chances. The LSU humiliating defeat was a Perfect Storm of the offensive style of our Tigers not in the best interest of what we have on defense currently. Much what we have seen happen at Texas AM and other schools.
Some of the defensive struggles started to really showed up in the first half of the Chatt game. The problem is I don't see a quick answer this year. For next year Shelvin needs to get into tip top shape and the transfer better be real good. I am not over excited about anyone coming in to help the DL.
