Just an opinion but I feel Les really made a couple great hires in Coach O, Aranda and Craig. Coach O and Craig are off the chart recruiters and can coach as well. I believe Coach O being the recruiting coordinator will be more organized and a better roster manager than we previously had if indeed that was Frank's job. This coming recruiting year will be extremely important for Grimes because we need quality OL guys. Quality. To me the mystery man is Ensminger who to me seems marginal. Linebacker and Special Teams coach BP is another one that to me is marginal. So we have some good pieces on the staff. I won't get into coach Cam I think we have beat that one to death and would be a subject to itself.
