Miles back?

If miles gets a second chance to right the ship, so called, I'm sure he will have to make another coordinator change, if so , the excuse will be learning the playbook and a new coaching style, it takes more than an off season don't it to learn all new plays. Relying on other teams to lose senior players and seasoned players for us to win is a crap excuse. What do we do??
