UL(L) transfer receiver Kyren Lacy sits atop LSU's receiver transfer board and it looks like the Bayou Bengals will be battling to Plains Tigers for his services. Kyren jumped in a car with family and his mentor for Auburn Monday night and is set to spend the next two days there, according to a source. This development isn't new and it shouldn't be viewed as a tell as to which way he is leaning.
LSU is expected to host Lacy upon his return (Thursday) and will make a huge push for him to stay home and join LSU's dynamic group of receivers. LSU has a lot of options in the passing game, but very little depth and Brian Thomas is the only "big" receiver in the group. I am expecting Lacy to stay home at this point, but crazy things can happen in Auburn, so we are keeping our ears close to the ground. As of now, I do think LSU is in the best position to land Lacy.
