many NFL teams and some college teams have a QBs coach in addition to OC . They obviously see benefit in doing so.

What of a QB coach instead ..? .or do we need 2 WR coaches instead of a true QB coach
I know that many OCs coach the QBs also and Ensminger was an ex QB who has coached QBs in college but LSU has not developed QBs very well over the years and perhaps a personal coach for the young QBs would help this .
