who goes first Kendall Beckwith or Duke Riley in the NFL draft ?
Will the pros see Riley as a Debo Jones clone ? At the close of 2016 he was the best defensive player on the team after Beckwith went down . Scouts value production above all.
Will KB's knee injury cause him to slide behind Riley ? Before that he was the prototypical MLB and a sure fire 1-2 Rd pick.
One could make an argument for calling LSU LBU as well,as DBU . Rosters are littered with former Tiger LBs and those 2 will be added in 2017.
While talking draftable Tigers I must mention Devin Godchaux.
It seems that his combine and proday performance failed to impress scouts. So much so that he will likely slide into the 6th Rd . Would a return for a year under Pete Jenkins have improved his value or is that as high as he would have gone.
