Rumors of this happening have been circulating for a few weeks now and y'all even asked about it in the last mailbag, which nothing was official yet or confirming. Seems like LSU is finally making that move with Brian Polian, who will still be on staff with Brian Kelly, just no longer the special teams coach.
Polian was the only assistant coach to come to Baton Rouge with Brian Kelly and despite the special teams struggling so much last season, there was no way BK was letting Polian go. They've worked together for too long plus Polian played a BIG role in helping rebuild the team through the transfer portal.
