The West was emerging as one of the hardest football conferences in football. Primarily because teams like Ole Miss, Arkansas, Miss St, Auburn and TAM were all on the rise. But it only lasts a few years. Now we see Ole Miss spinning down with future sanctions ahead. Miss St and Ark are playing to their low talent level and lack of depth. Auburn and TAM are not stacked with 85 great players and are not dominant programs. Only Bama is dominant.

That being said I see a huge window for a coach at LSU to really get into this race with Bama. The opportunity is now. We need to settle the coaching search and off we go.

PS: The SEC East is a mess.
