Will Wade has hired four people for his staff.

Assistant coach: Tony Benford

Player Development: Tasmin Mitchell

Strength and Conditioning: Greg Goldin (coming from VCU)

Director of Basketball Operations: Nelson Hernandez (coming from VCU)

Wade still must hire two assistant coaches.
