From another site. Believe it or not but Burch and Muschamp’s son are best friends. Muschamp’s son is the QB on Burch’s HS team. But Muschamp evidently is leery of coaching his son and it was not decided whether he would go to USCe at the ESD. So Burch did not send in his LOI.

I understand now why it was Burch’s Mother who was the one who wanted him to go to a better program. We always heard it was the Mother pushing him elsewhere. Nothing against Muschamp and his son. She just wanted a better program.
I think we have a good chance now, but so do some others.
