With Jordan Burch. The longer this thing drags on, the better it is for LSU. The chatter and smoke is picking up significantly over the past 12 hours, with many on the East Coast expecting Burch to flip to LSU when all is said and done.
This has been our line of thinking as this whirlwind of a recruitment unfolded. Sources on the LSU side are optimistic, as they have been since December, that Burch will end up in Baton Rouge. Of course his ESD pledge to USCe was a blow, but as the line of communication opened back up and Burch took his unofficial visit to LSU, the confidence level rose.
I am anticipating Burch signing with LSU tomorrow based on the chatter and smoke, but nobody is willing to say anything definitive, in hopes of not rocking the boat. It appears unlikely that this thing lingers beyond tomorrow, but it is possible. If it does, that isn't a bad thing for LSU. As stated in yesterday's thread, I feel like he would've signed already if USCe was the place for him.
